As far as I know the 1lb pack is a pack of 4. It states that clearly on the amazon website.

The cooking time depends on whether you want it al dente or not. If you want your pasta a little "toothy" then you cook it for a minute or two less. The best way is to removea strand of spaghetti and bite into it. If it is to you liking, then it is done! It is really good pasta.

I do not know. But this speghetti can be ordered and is much cheaper from Costco.
