Perfect fit
It was easy to install once you got the old one off. The quality seems comparable to the original.

You can replace this part on your own.
It is the right part I needed to replace my hose. Once you are able to look up the part, it isn't imitating to remove and replace any part of your Kirby. The downside is that there weren't instructions to remove and replace the hose. But internet search can show you how and what the results will look like. Oh if the two zip ties aren't enough, just get more and hold them with your other Kirby parts for later. Money well spent. I have high hopes for the longevity and durability of the part.

Picture shows hose and 2 cable ties. Hose is great. Ties were not included. Luckily we had ties that worked.
