While the price is quite steep, you get great quality and taste, a smoothness like no other. A little goes a long way. I love using this for desserts, and as you can see, pistachio pairs beautifully with dark chocolate {from Callebaut again}.

It’s high quality proper pistachio paste a bit loose great for baking ,ice creams, macaroons not sure for spreading.Small amount use and gives high flavour the cakes
