For over a year now, I have been suffering from an irregular heart beat. It has a fancy name for it, but I couldn't tell ya how to spell it. Either way, it is liked to stress and anxiety. Long story short, i was put on different anxiety meds and blood pressure things. Nothing really truly worked. I started taking these, and on day one, bam! I don't really have these heart flutters. I wait for it as if I have a hiccup about to happen. I took time to write this review, as I felt for sure it would be back. If it does flutter, it's no where near as bad as it was. I literally had this happen every single day...some times all day. I have gone weeks with no flutter. I hope it continues and I hope these are the magic natural pills tondo the trick. My best friend suffers from this same issue, I told her about it...and she is experiencing the same relief as me. She couldn't believe it either. I am so thankful for this pill. The days have been so much better with these. I wish I knew about this a year ago. Would have save me so much stress and anxiety wondering what the heck is wrong with my heart. Such a game changer!!!

Best purchase ever! From day one it worked perfectly fine! I felt relaxed and calm, initially I bought it as a hormone regulator since I'm on pre menopause but it's also helping me with stress. I definitely recommend it.

Ashwagandha is an incredible herb, known for its adaptogenic properties. Because of it's overall help for hormone balance, it has been known to effectively increase stamina and endurance, reduce anxiety, improve mood, help thyroid and insulin balance, and aid in brain health (memory, focus, etc.). Ashwagandha PLUS is a great way to take this wonderful herb. Love the easy to swallow vegetarian capsules, and the fact that no fillers have been added. Produced in the USA, these capsules are free of GMO's, artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, preservatives, and a host of other harmful or allergenic substances. Definitely would purchase again.

EDIT: Just want to edit to add something, because I saw another review where someone mentioned ashwagandha being for relaxation and how the people who were reviewing commenting about energy didn’t know what they were talking about. Let’s clarify....ashwagandha works by relieving ANXIETY and STRESS. The response to lowered anxiety and stress can be better mood, increased ENERGY, reduced fatigue, etc. People with thyroid problems (like myself) especially see improvements in energy because thyroid issues occur as a result of a highly stressed system. All of the energy output is internalized instead of externalized. Lower that stress response (ie RELAX what is happening within the body) and perception of energy will increase because it’s easier to utilize energy externally. That is why you are seeing reviews talking about increased energy.These seem to help with overall energy, pretty much immediately. That to me is impressive and merits the four star rating. Quite honestly, I’d probably give this five stars except that the capsules were a little hard to swallow. I think that may have been due to the overwhelming “earthy” smell and taste to these. I tend to have more difficulty and gag on supplements that are more pungent. This could just be a quality that ashwagandha has, but I wouldn’t know about that since I didn’t really know much about this supplement before researching things to help hypothyroid. I’d say that this is something that could help, just based on how it’s helped so far, so I will likely continue to take this even though I struggle with the taste. Oh, and I DO recommend these! The energy boost has been nice!

This brand is great. This supplement truly works and the black pepper extract is a perfect add in for absorbency. There’s no strong flavor and the overall size of the pills are average - not too big.I’ve tried several brands and always find my way back to this one for supplements.

These Organic Ashwagandha Supplement, 1300mg, haven't really helped me in any way that is stated. They haven't got any taste or after taste. Easy to swallow.

I gave this product 4 stars because I've only been using it for about a week - I'll update after I've used it longer.Shipping was fast - I have Amazon prime so it was free and I received it only 2 days after ordering it. The packaging was decent and the bottle came in perfect condition. I like the sleek design of the bottle because most supplements I take come in white bottles that look cheap and honestly a bit sketchy.The product has little to no smell or taste, which is great! It's also organic which is a MUST for me and my fiance.I take a nap literally almost every day, because I'm always so tired, but only an hour after taking this supplement, I felt more energized and did not feel like I needed a nap! (This really is a big deal for me!)I've been using the product for less than a week but so far I'd recommend this product to friends and family. This product is a fair price for the amount and compared to other supplements, a great deal.
