While I'm not sure if this product works or not I like the size of the pill. It's easy to swallow. Hopefully it's doing what it says it does

I got these to help stay on top of my health. So far, I haven't had any issues with them. The container was sealed pretty well and none of the capsules were broken on arrival. There's not any weird taste with them, they're pretty easy to take. I haven't noticed much difference in the month that I've been taking them, but it's possible that I would need to take them longer-term to see the effects. I'll update if anything changes.

I have been taking milk thistle supplements ever since I first saw a product on Shark Tank highlighting the benefits.
