Company replaced broken one
I dropped one of these and the cap side with keychain cracked. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement even though it had been more than 30days since purchase. Very good customer service!

I got these since i was going to Rio
And i thought it would be a necessary object if ever i felt unsafe. Ive had it for 3 years and never used it. Which is great. But for the money i could have gotten a more affordable one that i never used.
