This is an 80w adapter that works perfectly with the Philips Respironic Dreamstation 2. I had read that some after market adapters either didn't work at all with the DS2 or the plug didn't fit into the machine. If you don't choose this adapter, make sure you get one that accepts this plug style with the pin.My previous adapter died after 9 months! Hopefully, this one will last longer!

Needed a replacement power supply for my cpap. This worked perfectly sure u can use it for many different electronics

Does not work with the new Dream Station 2.
First the description for this product is not helpful, not direct. I have the new Dream Station 2 issued to some customers in the recall of the older Dream Station. I left my power cord at home and am traveling. I have severe sleep apnea and ordered this on Amazon. The Dream Station 2 gives an error message stating this is an incorrect supply and there is a flashing warning light. I have not slept, and only people with this disorder know how disappointed I am after waiting three nights for this to come and be wrong.

I appreciated the very quick service as this was a replacement on c-pap unit.
The cord on my c-pap machine had failed making it unusable. It was important to have a replacement as soon as possible. It is nice to have this kind of good service when a health need is involved. Thank you.

Didn’t work for me
I bought this to replace my OEM supply. One day my machine started giving me an error saying the wrong power supply was being used. It was the OEM one 8 had used for 4 years. I bought this to try as a replacement and I still had the same error. I returned this to Amazon and on a long shot, I plugged the original supply back in, it has been working fine for over a month now. Coincidentally, my humidifier has now failed. I’m wondering if the supply created and issues, or if my main unit is failing.
