90W 65W USB-C Laptop Charger for HP Spectre x360, Dell XPS 13 Precision 3540, Lenovo IdeaPad Series with DC USB C Fast Charging Adapter Power Supply Cord

My son enjoyed his replacement charger for his Linville laptop. This laptop is actually very old and it was hard to find a charger on. Amazon made it very easy and the value was very great for my money and it was functional.

My original cord for my W550S was starting to strip a bit near the connector, so I wanted to find a new one. This one has a ground pin, which my original didn't, and the actual power brick itself is smaller than the original, too. The cord is also longer, but not by a ton, which is a nice bonus.No issues on it working - I plugged it in and it started charging immediately. Speed-wise, it seems about the same as my original one. It does produce a bit of heat, but honestly, it's no more or less than the original Lenovo brick I had - which is a bit more impressive since it's a smaller brick overall.Since I only just got it, I can't really rate the durability of it, but I don't think it'll be an issue regardless; I only plan on using this laptop for 1-2 more years tops anyways.

The power supply for my Lenovo ldeaPad computer was excellent! Shipped and received just as advertised! Excellent product and price. I'm very pleased!

About two months after I received the charger, one of the parts broke off and I was unable to use it anymore. I contacted the company about any warranty policies they had and Dan was kind enough to replace my charger. Overall, the charger works great and this is definitely a trustworthy company. The retractable plug is a nice feature also.

After 5 months of regular use, it started intermittently charging, and then, after another day or so, it finally died entirely.The good: The USB-C Power Delivery performed correctly and delivers the correct voltage to different devices.The bad:Even before it failed, it was far from perfect. The IEC port (the port for the cable which goes into the wall) is extremely loose and does not stay plugged in the charger is moved around. I patched this problem with hot glue (far from ideal), but even then it still fell out every once in awhile. The cheap ABS plastic casing is hollow and cheap, and cracks easily.Overall, if you need a laptop charger you can rely on, this is not a good choice. The death of mine left me in a difficult situation. Spend a little more on a high quality one, or even better, find an OEM one.

The charger charging connector fit into my laptop charging port without issue. I plugged the charger power cord connector into a wall outlet. The charger functioned perfectly. The charger meets my requirements.
