I've ordered the replacement cartridges 3 times. The first 2 times, they worked perfectly. The most recent time, it didn't work and I returned the item for a full refund. However, the company reached back out and offered to send me a replacement cartridge for free. The replacement cartridge worked perfectly, and I will continue to order them going forward as they are about half the price of the HP cartridges.

Great product

I’ve bought refurbished I k cartridges for years and had zero problems until I purchased this brand. The printing is so blotchy it is not legible and now on top of having to repurchase printing ink at a retail store I’m also having to repurchase all the eBay mailing labels o printed with this horrible product. Unbelievable- don’t buy this crap

I was looking to save money and NOT sacrifice quality. Mission accomplished on both counts, and I plan to re-order too !

These cartridges are not worth the money. They worked fine -- until about the third copy. After that, the printer tells me to either re-install or replace the black. I've reinstalled several times -- to no avail. Useless.

2-12-19. Have been using for a few days now. Today is 8-1-19. See 2nd paragraph for update :):).Price: GreatShipping: GreatPackaging: GreatPrinting; I get smears usually in just a couple letters in the beginning of the first line and the last line of every paragraph and at the end of some sentences (ie: before it starts a new line below it) with my black cartridge only. No smears in the middle of the sentences between the line stops. Why is this? Color cartridge seems ok. Did I install wrong or what? Any ideas please let me know. I want this company to work. Just now running out of ink!!! I don't print a lot, but enough that the black ink cartridge is just now running out after almost 2 years is impressive to me!! I have been very happy with the print quality!

I like that it works with my HP 5258 printer. It been a XL version means it lasts a long time.

Easy to setup and great value. Was able to print right away with good quality on HP Envy 4520

I gave them 1 star because there was no opportunity to give them 0. I installed the Black ink cartridge and it lasted less than a day. After that no ink came out at all, the pages were blank. I reinstalled the older HP cartridge and the printer worked fine. But it was almost out of ink. So I tried again to reinstall the Coloworld cartridge and once again I realigned it. This time it did not work at all.I had ordered two sets of cartridges, so I installed the second Black cartridge. I got the same result.They did not work.I will be returning both sets for full refund.
