Barricade Off-Road Adventure HD Front Bumper with 4x4 Body Styling Fits Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-2020

I was excited that this bumper came in earlier then expected and in time for me to install it before going back to work over my Christmas and New Year holiday time off. When the package arrived the end was tore out of the box and you could see the the bumper was damaged. At first I was not sure if I should open the rest of the packaging or return it for a refund. After inspecting the damage again and contacting Barricade about the missing paint they agreed to send me a touch up kit if I kept the bumper. I was glad I did. After unpacking the bumper and locating the additional hardware I removed the original factory bumper and installed the Barricade. The install was easy and went just like the Barricade YouTube video on now to install the bumper. The Bumper looks great and should make a great additional to my 2014 Jeep for years to come. I would have given this product 5 stars but I am still waiting for Barricade to send a touch up kit for the missing paint. I would purchase this product again and recommend it for anyone looking for a sturdy trail bumper at a reasonable price.Update: After contacting Barricade about the packaging and scratching, Barricade sent me a kit to touch up and paint the scratches. The bumper looks great. Upgrading my review to 5 stars.

Bumper came 2 days early. Very impressed with the protective packaging. Bumper wasn't scratched or damaged in any way. Very well protected with lots of styrofoam and thick plastic corner pieces for the sharp corners. Threw the directions away. It took my son and I maybe 30 minutes to install. Not sure about all the complaints about the directions. It's a Jeep bumper, not brain surgery.Looks really good on my 08 JK.

Awesome bumper. Especially for the money. Holds factory fogs, bull bar, light mounts on top of bull bar, winch ready, D-Rings, and looks awesome. Whats not to love. Super easy to put on, sucks taking the factory bumper off though. Relocation of vacuum pump not needed with a 2014 wrangler. There was a tiny bit of shipping damage on the very end, the powder coating chipped off. Nothing a little paint can't fix. They probably should put a little more padding on the ends to prevent this. Still didn't effect my 5 star rating though. Love the bumper. Looks great with the Barricade 9500 winch installed on it.

I had an expensive AEV Premium bumper. After 3 years, the powder coating started bubbling and flaking off. Decided to replace it. After searching for days, I kept coming back to the Barricade Adventure HD front bumper. I liked the look and the coating seemed solid.Upon receipt, the contents were packaged very well. The bumper looks amazing. The structure is heavy duty and the coating has that "Rhino Liner" look which I really like. I thoroughly inspected all the seams & joints both on the inside and out. I found a thorough coating in every nook and cranny.The install was straight forward and the instructions were clear. My old bumper was already removed and my wife & I installed the new bumper, light bar & fog lights in a couple hours. Most of the time spent was running the wiring to the cab for the light bar and tiding up the fog light wiring.I did have two minor issues. The first was the light bar mounting hardware. It came with a sleeve that goes over the mounting bolts to lower the lightbar so it doesn't hit the top crossbar. The sleeves were too short but I was able to remedy that with some spare nuts and washers I had from previous projects. The second was the mounting of the fog lights. There is a single small tab that is supposed to hold the fog lights in place. It didn't mount tight. I had to bend the tabs on each side to hold the lights in place. It seems like a poorly designed mount and I'm a bit concerned about how they will hold up on my next over-road trip. I've had the bumper for about a month and everything seems to have handled the every day driving but I may have to fabricate some additional mounting bracket once I test the durability off-road.I love the look. Seems like a high quality item. The small hardware issue and the poorly designed fog-light mount is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. However, if you are even the slightest bit handy, neither of those items would prevent me from purchasing this bumper again or recommending it to a friend.
