They blend with our floors so well! They’re really comfy and no one has had any issues sitting in them, from a toddler to a 300lb man.

My wife and I went to our local furniture stores looking for stools for our kitchen island. We decide on these stools because they look expensive, but we affordable comparted to the higher end stools. We also were surprised how comfortable they were since we were used to stools with cushions. As I was ready to go back to the store to purchased I check on Amazon to see if they had anuything similar. SCORE! The exact same stools for $40 less! Thank you Amazon for making things more afforable for people that live in Hawaii. These stools were straightforward to assemble although I am from a construction background. I found assembling one leg secure and leaving the reset snug the best in aligning everything. Then tighen the rest one by one and using a rubber mallet to tap the legs more tight to the seat area. There were some issues like I had a set of legs with the plastic feet on the wrong end, but this was easily fixed with a plier. The stool comes with the legs unassembled and I read about the legs not all being the same length. With tapping the legs before tightening I found this helped. With no load they were a little wobbly but when I sat on them they were stable. For the price you cannot complain. Try and find a professionally assemble stool like this for a price under a $100. I could probably make this chair stand perfectly but the wobble is so minimal that it is not worth my time to fix this issue.

My husband was hesitant about purchasing these stools for our new kitchen, but the are absolutely beautiful!! Very easy to put together and they are very sturdy.

I was a little nervous after reading that some people had trouble with assembly and the pieces fitting together properly. But I think if you follow the instructions, you should not have problems. It took me about 45 minutes to screw everything together, and it's lovely! Very comfy scoop, and the wood is beautiful hardwood acacia. Love it!Only problem: I ordered two counter-height stools, and got ONE counter height and ONE bar height! WRONG-O! When I tried to get a replacement for the bar height stool, I found that the price had increased by more than $40 because Amazon changed vendors!After chatting with an Amazon, agent, though, I was assured that I would be credited for the difference upon receipt of the new item, since the fault lay with the vendor, not me. So I'm hoping they'll be as good as their word.

...only one of two stools arrived in the original packing box. The other one was in pieces inside the outer Amazon box. What's up with that? This is the second item poorly packaged like this that I've received from Amazon in the past six months or so.

These bar stools were just what my sons were looking for. They built a new camp and they fit perfectly with their small kitchen island. My three year old granddaughter loves them. I was afraid she might not sit on them because they are backless, but she loves them. You'll be surprised by the sturdiness and overall appearance of them.
