This is not a regular smart phone. It's very particular with it's abilities. I thought it was a pretty durable phone untill my 5 year old broke it. I have no clue how he managed to I'm very rough with things.I contacted cat support and they replaced my phone.

Restarts randomlyPretty darn good phone coverage, and fairly tough so far.No QI charger which is absolutely stupid, expose USB C to charger it every time risks a tough phone.The screen unlock feature is the single most difficult one I have ever used, I have owned over twenty phones.Not real fast, bought it knowing that but wow.It might be tough, but its so unreliable I will likely never buy another cat productQuiet.

My husband wanted this phone because of it's ruggedness, however, the only thing he really likes is that you can swipe the screen with damp fingers. Nothing else about the phone is good. It won't get online many times, it is very hard to swipe the home page and get to other apps, it will make calls while in his pockets. He really doesn't like this phone at all but keeps it cause it was expensive. It is not what we had thought at all.

I bought this phone for my boyfriend because he is really rough on phones, He is a mechanic. He likes the phone, but it is a little on the slow side and it's a bit bulky. The screen also scratched easier than we thought it would, but nothing the screen protectors couldn't fix.Overall, great phone for hardworking people!

Very happy with the phone so far. Has a older style operating system. But easy to figure out. Cause it's like phone I had a few years back. Was very easy to set up. I'm on a Verizon prepaid plan. And switched it from my keyocrea dura force pro. With no problems. Took a while to up load my apps and settings. And update the system.bi transferred ever using my Google account. So I had All my sites and passwords. I have Verizon supports other CAT phones. I like how fast this is. And the phone get a better signal the my keyocrea. I got a case and dura shield screen protector. I do construction. And the phone gets dropped and hit a lot. So I want to try and give it extra protection. My first cell purchase through Amazon. But I'm very satisfied with everything so far. I seen a few low star reviews. But I'd give this a 4-5 star rating. It's a cheap Cat phone and earlier model. But it's does a great job for what I need.

I am pretty sure these are refurbished. Slow and glitchy. Screen has issues with randomly selecting things.Love this as a phone, dont like the refurbished glitches. Super durable.

Love this durable phone, it fits by husbands work type, he does construction work, also water proof the built on case if fantastic, no worries if you drop this phone on concrete or in water, we need more phones like this one

The speaker phone stopped working in the first couple weeks. Less than 2 months in and the screen is shattered from a fall even with extra glass AND a case. The opposite of "indestructible" going back to ulefone.
