Install wasn't that difficult. I did hire a plumber to run the water line and hook it up. It makes about 40-50 lbs of ice (as the information said) daily as long as you empty it regularly. We usually make a bag a day to keep new ice being made on a regular basis. We love the machine. Highly recommend.

It does not hold the amount stated in the bin. It makes great ice just not a lot. Holds approximately 11-15 pounds MaxBuyer beware.

Great output for ice volume . The bin should be refrigerated to keep ice colder .

Easy set up. Simple. Perfect size. Makes ice super fast. Downfall like all ice makers, it's not a freezer so the ice does melt. But makes ice fast so not a problem. Another fault is it makes so mich ice, when it melts it melts out the door. They need to raise the door so when the ice melts it stays in the tub. We use it for our business and it's perfect.

We bought this for our local fire station. They love it. a good turn around on ice and they love being able to change the size of the cubes as well. For as "small" as the unit is it really holds a lot of ice. It was super easy to install as well.

Doesn't freeze up at the ice maker, my old one froze up all the time. When it did, you had to shut it off until it thawed out, then you could try to use it again. This unit works flawlessly, when the unit gets full, it shuts off automatically, and holds the ice at a cold temperature that doesn't melt and drain very fast. This is a great unit.Frank Dollar

In perfect air conditioned atmosphere this machine would never make 155 lb a day and the storage AT BEST is more like 25lbs not 39 as advertised. The filter that came with it came with no washers at either end and did not have the proper end to hook up to a water faucet as advertised. In a 24 hour period Ive witnessed this ice machine make 50lbs tops. After emptying machine into ice bags the bin would take 8 hours to even fill up and the machine turns off due to ice filling at around 25lbs. For some unknown reason this "commercial/ under counter" ice machine has the control panel on the lower right hand corner so you must get on your hands and knees to read it and the plastic control panel see through cover has no way of staying up while making changes to the machines controls VERY AWKWARD...... Almost everything advertised does not happen in real life except for making ice at a very slow pace......

This one absolutely full only fills one 10 pound Ice bag. It is not the reservoir size it says. I will give one extra star because It makes ice nice and quickly. But definitely does not make the amount in 24 hours they claim and does not have a reservoir of the size of claims. Be careful. I’d say this makes about 50 pounds in 24 hours. And only has maximum a 12 pound capacity reservoir
