Great DA for the price
Compared this with the new Griots G8(mm) DA which I've heard great things about, and of course Flex, Rupes, Torx, etc., and went with this. Looks and feels great, works well. Great machine for the money. To people complaining about heft - it's not that big, lift a few weights.

Great 3” polisher
Polisher works great at a reasonable price. Arrived w/ a little damage to the soft grip, but likely shipping defect not manufacturer.I use it to spot polisher defects that require more aggressive treatment or in curve areas a 5” polisher would properly fit.Future design improvements would be to move the speed control to an area that can be easily accessed when actively polishing similar to larger polishers.

Best Small Buffer/Polisher !!
I was able to polish a small piece of black trim on my 2021 Lexus IS350 F-Sport after using this and a specific sized pad.No other polisher within this price range that works this good.Though not best for large areas, this is meant for little crevices and small areas that needs detailed work. Was not too heavy if you have good forearms and balance. Can be annoying to have cable not hit or scratch car but it was okay.Smooth, accurate and fast with the speed changes!

A must-have for buffing small areas and contours on a vehicle.
I use this and a Griot's G9 together to get a perfect finish, along with one-step orange pads for fast action. For the price, this DA polisher minimizes vibrations really well and is easy to maneuver and hold.

Cheap build quality
I purchased this machine to polish smaller areas on my vehicle. I used it a handful of times on my own cars and then brought it into work to work on some cars as it wasn’t getting much use sitting at home. One day I noticed an unusual amount of vibration and heat coming from the machine. Then it began to give off a burning smell. I checked the machine and noticed the rear cover was coming loose. No problem, although not ideal, I saw a screw at the back of the machine that looked like it held the cover, that was coming loose, to the body of the polisher. I tightened it but it was still wobbling around and the screw continued to spin freely. I took another closer look and the cover fell right off. The screw went through its seat in the plastic of the cover as I was attempting to tighten it gently. I had the right idea but the plastic was too soft to handle a simple repair. Shame. The machine was worthwhile when it worked but as far as reliability and quality I rate the machine low. Price-wise good, but you get what you pay for. I tried to give this company my business due to the detailer influencer wave that supported their machines but this isn’t the only problem I’ve had with the brand - from warped backing plates, brushes falling apart, to machines that are delicate and break easily. My m15 pro 2 just broke because one of the metal prongs on the cord broke off in my outlet. Lol

Insane value for money
I’ve skipped out on spending $600 on the luxury buffers after trying these. These are just as good as any Rupes or Flex I’ve tried and the cost factor makes the decision easy to make. Buy all their polishers unless you care about brand. They are low vibration, don’t stall against the lightest load, and look sleek too.
