It took months to finally arrive, but it was worth it. I ended up hanging it on the back of a door, because it is going to require some work to get this mounted on the wall in a way that will support the weight of the ironing board. I will probably mount a piece of baseboard on the wall from a corner to a door frame to provide a solid mounting base. Even if a stud was in the right place, this is too wide to get all three screws into the stud. Stilll, it is a well-made and attractive product. Best I have found.

I expected better based on the reviews and the price. The box was fully intact (no external damage), so assuming it's the quality and/or workmanship that's poor. The front of the section that has the iron opening is grossly uneven (sides unequal) and one side was bent inwards. The curved loop that's for hanging the cord is so close to the main frame that it's impossible to hang the cording there. Metal too strong for me to bend it out enough to make room to squeeze the cord through (not to mention the aggravated hassle it will be to coil the cord because of this defect). The holes for mounting to the wall only allow for one to possibly hit a 2x4. I dislike having to hang anything with weight using just screws with anchors. There are 3 holes for the screws and they're placed in an upside down V. Would have been better if they allowed for vertical wall installation, so the screws could go into drywall.Very unhappy. I cannot use it... waste of good money.

Fairly easy to install but I threw out the anchors it came with and got some molly anchors for peace of mind. With a heavy iron and heavy ironing board on this I didn't feel like the cheap plastic anchors that came with it would cut it.

As Described

This was the only iron holder I could find to fit a wide Rowenta iron. I also like that it includes the heat resistant pad. I am only using it for the iron so can’t comment on how it works with an ironing board. I also bought my own hardware to install it in drywall as I use the metal hardware you can screw in vs the plastic anchors that require a drill .

It's ok. For almost $30, it the metal could be a little "neater". Also, I have an ironing board that has a small section on the side where you can lay the iron, etc, so my door isnt tall enough for both the holder, and the ironing board. Ended up mounting the holder in my closet against a wall, and the ironing board is separately placed in the closet.

My iron fits in this one, unlike some of the others I have tried. My only complaint is that the silicone pad doesn't fit snugly into the holder.

Very good product and easy to install. You have the option of mounting over the door or on the wall. I chose to mount it on the wall. What I liked most was the fact that you can put a hot iron on the holder without causing damage. The hooks were also nice because they can be bent slightly if needed. I would recommend this to a family member or friend

Used to suspend my ironing board and iron behind the sewing room door. Excellent space saver.

Love this item. Easy to put up, nice and chunky so doesn't feel cheap and will fit any iron or ironing board. Fab to keep them out of the way or knocking them over etc would definitely recommend

Excellent item. Looks neat and quite functional. Noticed that the ironing board hanger was too flexible for the weight of my board so, I used a couple of screws to fasten it to the wall. Quite sturdy now.

Very pleased with this purchase. Even nicer than I expected and has room to store my water sprayer as well.

Easy to install. Securely stores the iron, accompanying cable and plug.
