Nice option for getting the vitamin D and K2
My son's doctor told him to start taking 2000iu vitamin per day. From what I have read, you need to take K2 as well for absorption. Most vitamins I see being sold are 5000 IU, so I finally found this one to fit his needs. He likes the flavor, so he's happy with it.

Not Enough Vitamin K2 for Me
I'm really sensitive to Vitamin D and after taking this for a year my muscles and joints have really started to ache after light exercise. I've stopped taking it and started taking a separate Vitamin K2 with both MK7 and MK4 at higher levels. After about 2 weeks I'm feeling so much better! I'm also taking a different Vitamin D and lowering the dose to 1000-1500 IU. Oh, and my blood calcium levels while on this supplement were on the very high end, almost near 11.
