Wear them every night
I have this weird issue with my foot where I get a lot of pain along the outside of it. I can’t even rest it against the bed without pain. My podiatrist recommended good arch support in my shoes which helps during the day. I wear these sleeves at night to support my arch and they are a game changer! No pain at night so long as I wear these to sleep. They are comfortable and stay on all night no issues. Love them!

I'm Still Looking
This product is made very well and is seamless and smooth, but even though I ordered a "small," it's big on my foot. I don't have an overly tiny foot -- I wear a 7 narrow shoe -- but it's loose on my foot. I could wear it over winter weight socks, but then what do I do in the summer? I'll keep looking.

Good for floor burn
If I wanted these primarily for compression [like on my stressed 5th metatarsa] I could possibly have gone down to a small (I wear a women’s 9 shoe) but I actually got these for barefoot dancing when the choreography rehearsal was repeatedly rubbing the top or side of my instep and that helped.

I was iffy on these, but they are fantastic. I wear a women's size 11w shoe and the medium fit perfectly. Tight enough to help my midfoot arthritis, not so tight as to interfere with circulation. I like that they come in colors, not just the typical black or beige.Follow the care instructions to maintain elasticity

Sizing is off
I wanted to like these. The fabric is nice, but they don’t fit. I wear a size 5.5 shoe, and the small falls right off of my foot. If you have a larger foot these might be ideal for you, but I cannot use them, and they are being returned.

Not impressed
There’s a seam that runs through the middle of the inside of this band. Not only did it fail to relieve my pain the seam caused irritation to the skin where it lay. There are so many different ones available. Disappointed that I chose this one.
