Runs big, great product
Great product, runs very big like everyone says. Extremely durable and well made. Daughter insisted she wanted a medium. Way too big. It's normally 100°F + here so she's looking at a lighter smaller welding jacket.I'd recommend this despite needing to return. Amazon doesn't list the Small version, so if we buy that, it has to be from company.It looks so great though, durable, nicely placed pockets, one interior, snaps for quick takeoff. Snaps on waist are good for fitting to waist if needed.

A must for every welder
Im 5 foot 9 140 pounds. Everything welding seems to be to big for me, even in my nornal size range. I pucked a medium as I normally would and it fits me perfect. The leather has a great feel to the suede onlgoes from below the neck line to almost the middle back and then to my elbow in the sleeves. Only complaint I have is the blue bleeds out onto my shirts and car seat. The leather isn't as thick and heavy as others I've tried and used but it offers top notch protection even in over head mig and pulse welding. I love it, I'm not overheated while using it and feel much cooler than any other I've ever used. It's worth every penny.

It does exactly what it's supposed to
This coat is perfect for welding overhead and using a cutting torch. Especially when I'm cutting some rusty, patched up, dirty metal that blows back hot splatter-im protected. It is leather so it is a little hot, but well worth the protection. It also looks bad a**!!!

Nice leather coat
These colors rock! The fit runs big and the sleeves are pretty long. But I'm happy with it. Price is normal.

Small is almost large
This is a well made welding jacket, it looks great and is made of heavy duty leather. I would buy again if I could find an x-small to fit my daughter, (who I bought the jacket for). It is to big for her. I can were it and I normally were a size large shirt or jacket. I would give it. 5 stars if it was smaller. It would be great if you are a medium size man.

Fits well, heavy duty protection
Overall I like this jacket a lot. I’m a retired professional welder who now only welds in the home shop. This jacket fits well. I’m a bigger guy (6’1”, 245lbs) and usually XL’s are barely big enough so I decided to gamble on the XXL. Glad I did, it fits perfectly and isn’t sloppy at all. The protection is great - e.g. overhead welding while in my back under the Jeep I was totally protected. No sparks running down my arms into my shirt. Plasma cutting sheet it protected my forearms where I usually bump my arm on a hot edge just above the glove. Though time will tell just how well this jacket is put together, it shows no signs of falling apart yet and I look forward to wearing it again.
