Contrary to many of the reviews, I love how free your phone is in the holder. My last phone holder meant that I had to take the case off my phone and squeeze it into the holder. This is literally just a case of dropping it into the holder and the holder adapting the size to fit your device. If your phone is heavier than most, you will notice that the holder drops slightly because of the weight and the swivel design, however, I have mine on the lowest slat of my heaters to avoid it dropping too much and works perfectly well. There is the option to use the adhesive attachment, however I'm particular about my car and didnt want to put anything adhesive on the dash, plus the clip attachment makes it easier to move or actually remove when needed.Bottom line, really easy to install and secure enough to avoid your phone falling out, whilst being adaptable and free enough to get your phone in and out of the holder without any hassle. The arms are also low enough to avoid pressing my power or volume buttons, but high enough to keep the phone secure, and the bottom arms still allow me to plug in my charger and an aux cable. I would definitely buy this again.

This is an amazing product, with a clever design that I have not seen done before.The ‘gravity’ feature of this product means you can literally slot your phone in and out with one hand, blindfolded. As the video attached shows, the clamps grip tight to the edges of your phone and off you go!I live in the North of England, full of country roads that are often neglected and run down. Having used a variety of different phone holders throughout my life, I can definitely say that this product is impressive in holding the phone in a sturdy position regardless of the terrain.I would also have to add that the materials that this product are made out of make it seem unbelievable for the price that you are paying, and even if your phone Is without a case, this phone holder poses no risk of scratching.I have often found that with the ‘magnetic’ holders, the phone can slip occasionally, yet traditional ‘push spring’ phone holder designs are a pain to get your phone in and out of. This product seemingly fixes all of the aforementioned issue. The product also isn’t excessively large, and easily blends in with the cockpit of the car.The product also gives you the choice of have a 3m adapter to stick down the phone holder or to attach it to an air vent – this is an interchangeable feature and you are not confined to one choice!

I have been using car phone holders for a while now as I am sure many of you out there also have. I am also a big fan of Syncwire and have a few of their high quality cables already. The car phone holders I have used before have been inexpensive (below £10.00) and easily replaced when needed. I would definitely say that this particular product by Syncwire is definitely up there with the very best, and this is why I felt it warranted a proper review for others.I'll start with the actual usability of the product. I was particularly impressed with the design and functionality. Having the side arms clamp in when weight is applied to the bottom arms is simply genius and has meant my phone is very firmly held in place whilst driving. It also makes for incredibly easy insertion and removal of my phone which is something I have never had before. The set up was also incredibly easy as it only needed a few pieces assembled before it was usable. I also like both how firm and how far the holder clamps to the air vent, and the rubber support stand on the outside of the holder which prevents load-baring on the vent when the phone is inserted. So far so good!Where I think this handset falls short of 5 stars is:1) The end of each arm can be pulled off the holder and rotated 180 degrees to allow for bigger phones to be put in the holder. The default side the arm faces was far too small for my phone so I needed to do this before I could use it. To say that the end of the arms were put on too tight would be an understatement! They were on so tight that I feared I would actually snap the arm off the holder completely before I successfully managed to put the ends off to rotate them! The picture made it look like a very easy process in the manual but that couldn't have been further from the truth. After a lot of wiggling and the help of my car key I managed to pry the ends off. I would not be surprised if other customers have been less fortunate than me and snapped their arms during this process.2) When the holder does not have a phone in I noticed that it does vibrate and make a lot of noise whilst driving. I would go as far as to say that this is the loudest phone holder I have used when a phone is not inserted into it. The reason for this is because, unlike other phone holders where you secure the arms around the phone in a permanent position, the arms hang loosely on the sides waiting for them to clamp in when a phone is inserted. This is a real shame as when the phone holder is actually being used it is excellent.Overall I would definitely recommend this product. I would just be conscious that if you have a larger/bulkier phone like me, or if you sometimes like to simply keep your phone in your pocket and leave the holder empty, then you should consider what I have said as this is where I feel the product does fall slightly short.

Bought for my wee Corsa sting as I'm doing the NC 500 route in Scotland next month and would come in handy for using my mobile phones sat nav.Tried it out the other day there just to my local supermarket and it worked a treat, fits in the air vent fine and Dosent move around going over bumps or around corners so I'm very happy with this.Did come with a sticky bit I could use for sticking to dash board but that was useless as kept falling off but no faults in air vent.

I had one of these once that was so much better! The sides closed around whichever phone you put in without any help. This one is fine but you need to adjust it yourself to make sure the phone doesn’t fall out. It attaches really well to the air vent.

Hierbei handelt es sich um meine eigene Meinung.Lieferung: die Lieferung kam sogar einen Tag vor Ankündigung an. Die Verpackung war nicht beschädigt oder eingedellt. 5/5 SterneLieferumfang: im Lieferumfang enthalten sind: 1x Halterung, 1x Adapter für Lüftungschlitze, 1x Adapter für die Befestigung an einer glatten Fläche, 1x Garantiekarte, 1x Installationsanweisungen, 1x Ersatz Klebefläche sowie 2x Alkoholwischtücher. Alle beworben Gegenstände sind somit vorhanden plus ein paar kleine Gimmicks. 5/5 SterneInstallation: das Zusammenbauen der Halterung bedarf nicht mal einer Anleitung. Somit ist der Aufbau kinderleicht. Die Installation in meinem Kona ging leicht von der Hand (gerade Lüftungsschlitze). Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Halterung nicht an jedes Auto passt, da die Halterung nur etwa 2,5-3cm lang ist (wenn das Auto längere Klappen hat könnte es vielleicht instabil werden) (Anmerkung: nicht belegt) 5/5 SterneMaterial und Qualität: die Halterung besteht durch und durch aus Plastik. Während die matte Ablagefläche noch relativ edel wirkt sieht man dem Rest das Plastik an. Jedoch sind die einzelnen Komponenten sauber verarbeitet und kein Grat ist zu spüren. Die Halterung verfügt über zwei Federn. Die erste ist für das Zusammenschnappen beziehungsweise für die Rückführung der Halterung zuständig. Diese ist leichtgängig und bringt die Y Teile wieder in die ursprüngliche Form. Die Frage, wie lang diese so stabil bleibt kann ich zur Zeit nicht beantworten. Die zweite Feder hält die Halterung an dem Lüftungsschlitz fest. Und diese Feder hält bombenfest und muss mit viel Kraft zusammen gedrückt werden. Hier verrutscht nichts. Den Adapter zum Kleben habe ich mir ins Bad an die Fliesen gehängt. Nach vorherigen Reinigung mit den Alkoholtücher hält diese bombenfest 4/5 SterneHandhabung und Passform: es ist kinderleicht sein Handy in die Halterung einzuführen. Im Grunde legt man es auf die unteren Füße ab und die Schwerkraft zieht die Seitenteile zusammen. Während mein iPhone 12 Pro samt Hülle (welche oben etwas übersteht) komplett rein passt und durch die geraden Seiten super gut gehalten wird, ist beim iPhone XS gefühlt etwas Luft. Zwar sitzt das XS auch gut drin, aber gefühlt, durch die abgerundeten Kanten, etwas wackeliger. Dennoch sind beide Handys noch nie heraus gefallen, selbst wenn es über Kopfsteinpflaster ging. Zu erwähnen ist, was aber nicht großartig stört, sollte man über Kopfsteinpflaster fahren und man hat kein Handy in der Halterung, dann kann es hier und da mal etwas Klappern. Der Lightning Anschluss des iPhones ist jederzeit frei und erreichbar und das iPhone kann während der Fahrt geladen werden 5/5 SterneSicherheit: bisher ist weder die Halterung an den Fliesen, noch die an den Lüftungsschlitzen abgefallen. Ebenfalls sind die Handys noch nie aus der Halterung gefallen. Sollte die Halterung an den Fliesen mal abfallen, werde ich das in einem Update vermerken 5/5 SterneStabilität: da die Halterung mir zu Testzwecken überlassen wurde habe ich sie mehrmals aus circa 1m Höhe auf den Boden (Laminat) fallen gelassen. Ich konnte keine Beschädigungen feststellen. Alles funktioniert noch wie zuvor. Um die Klebefläche zu testen habe ich eine Packung Milch mit einem Stück Schnur dran gehängt und diese dann baumeln gelassen. Der Kleber hält 5/5 SterneFazit: für diesen Preis erhält man eine ordentliche Halterung, die den Anforderungen des Alltags stand hält. Meine Handys sitzen ordnungsgemäß drin und fliegen nicht umher.

This is a great phone holder! I have an 8 plus, so I actually had to change my case so that my phone would fit. I had a larger case on my phone and it would not fit in the holder. I bought two of these and my husband has a 7 (not a plus) so it fit right away. So beware of a really fat plus case. It may not fit. Very easy to install and pretty good at adjusting once in the vent holder position. I don’t know how the sticky works to the dashboard because I will not use this product that way.Ok have had the holder for a bit. Update: it’s great, works wonderfully! Things to be aware of (2) and they aren’t that bad. 1 - first a bulky case on a iPhone plus phone may not fit. 2 - I drive a Yukon and the vent (if your using the vent for installation) is almost too close to my shifter. I could use the sticky application and put it on my dash, but I’m not a fan of that idea. I had to move my seat back and I have a electronic steering wheel that extends out too, so I put it on the vent to the right of my steering wheel. Now my shifter doesn’t conflict. I think this problem would happen with any vent mounted phone holder for my particular truck. Bottom line this is a great product for the money. A little tweak and it’s fine!

Ya tenía un soporte para el coche que funciona por peso y me parece un invento genial. La tarea de dejar y coger el móvil del soporte no te ocupa tiempo con este sistema. Por eso me cogí este soporte.Además quería uno que fuera sujeto a la ventilación (porque el otro que tengo va con ventosa al cristal pero para este coche me pilla muy lejos) y me ha sorprendido el diseño de la pinza, que es finita y alargadita. El que tengo ahora viene a ser corta y algo más gorda, y si le doy un roce se suelta porque está sujeto por muy poquito. Además esta piza es muy dura por lo que el agarre es muy bueno.Si no quieres sujetarlo en la ventilación trae un cabezal para pegarlo al salpicadero, pero no es mi intención usarlo.Por último resaltar que el tamaño del soporte es pequeño, por lo que para gente con móviles grandes que tengan fundas gordas puede que no le valga, pero si buscas algo que no ocupe es genial.
