they say it is new , it is a display unit ---- they take off the shelf ---- bad way to do bus...

DO NOT BUY THIS
My company has 3 of these machines. The only plus is that the ink is fairly inexpensive. It prints fine but don't expect it to copy unless you shut it off and unplug it a few times a week. The auto feed is impossible to clean so once you start getting that random solid line down the middle of your faxes you will be stuck with it. Also, most printers will refuse to print if an ink tank is empty. Quality be damned, this machine keeps going blotchy and in whatever color is a available.

I have one of these. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!It is nothing more than a paperweight.Just out of warranty and it will not recognize the presence of paper.I have performed ALL of HP's recommended maintenance procedures.HP want me to exchange it for a refurbished machine for £122 (UK)Never again will I purchase an HP product, as I am not the only person to have this problem and HP will not admit that they have designed this flaw into the product.Good bye, and good riddance, HP!
