We love to mix our own cleaners, this is a well built mop that allows us to do this & we hope will last from some time.

I have used Rubbermaid cleaning products in the past and they’ve all worked well, until this mop. I’ve barely had it for two months and it’s already leaking. It leaked all over one of my clients hard wood floors and left a white wet spot which thankfully dried or I would’ve had to replace the flooring! I would return this mop in a heart beat if I could.Also, it’s a pain to refill the bottle. You have to go so insanely slow or it will just spill out.

Super good mop, makes the commercial jobs much easier!

I bought this after going through an assortment of Swiffer and similar floor mops over the years. I had seen these in the hospital since 2010 and decided maybe a commercial-grade, reusable mop for our wood floors would be a good purchase instead of all these small, flimsy grocery store types. It costs more but over time maybe not. I chose the Pulse Microfiber Light Commercial Mop because I wanted to be able to spray the cleaner directly on the floor withouth carrying a bottle around and bending down to do it. I didn't want to use a bucket as the floors get too wet, it's a lot to lug around, and it doesn't encourage to wipe up the floors as frequently. BUT! The trigger on the handle that you depress is incredibly awkward and the direction of the spray is behind the mop, not in front of it like all the other ones. So you have this button behind the handle that you have to take a dedicated hand (thumb) to push hard forward to spray behind the mop and drag it toward you. Sometimes, if you aren't very careful, your thumb or inside of your hand will get pinched as the mechanism is released. I still give it 4 stars because it's huge, does not require a lot of back and forth, and I like the mop heads which you need to buy separately. Eventually, I will probably use this with a hand held bottle of spray.

THIS MOP SPRAY SYSTEM SEEMS WELL MADE.HOWEVER IT WILL NOT WORK/CLEAN AS IT IS SHIPPED.BEFORE YOU CAN USE THIS MOP YOU MUST FIRST PURCHASE A PAD TO GO ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOP.WHY WOULD YOU SEND A MOP THAT CANNOT BE USED? A PAD IS REQUIRED...PERIOD. I CONSIDER THIS SPRAY MOP TO BE ON THE HIGH END OF THE PRICE RANGE, AND YOU CANNOT USE IT.WITHOUT A SAMPLE PAD I DO NOT KNOW IF I LIKE THEM, OR IF THIS ITEM IS GOOD OR NOT!

Came on time, excellent condition, works OK, I am a little disappointed a little with the sprayer quality, however I do like the quality of the make of everything else can make use with this tool so I still gave it a 5.ThanksAbran

This is the worst design ever conceived. The only way to use the pump button without being a contortionist is to mop off to your right side or to mop with it spraying behind the head instead of in front ( which is their recommendation)
