My 2 year old grandson used this at the beach to hold the sand crabs he captured so we could get better look with themagnifying eye. This is a good learning tool, there is an led light in the top so you can observe at night. I would buy this again and again.

Do not buy this Bug Bright piece of c--p!! I bought this in the winter and didnt have an opportunity to give it to my son to use until this Spring in the warm weather. It is defective possibly by design? The bubble container does not even stay shut to keep bugs in it which is the whole purpose of the toy! My son burst into tears trying to use it each time it swung open allowing bugs to escape. Ridiculous! Dont waste your money!

Well this was a bust. Both of them were broken. Ordered two, one wouldn’t open , the other would close . My poor boys were so disappointed

Great for birthday gift

Came apart way to easy. Every time you lift it by the handle the bottom would slide open. Would definitely not buy again.

A mi hijo le encantó por la función que tiene. A mi parecer es más caro de lo que debería pues está muy frágil el material con que está hecho. A demás que no cierra bien y con el movimiento brusco de cualquier niño abre fácilmente y se salen los bichos. Tiene foquito y le da el plus. Pero si se me hizo caro par el tamaño y material.

Love this.My son loves bug hunts around the garden and we already have a small set.What I like about this is the large clear plastic down that allows you to really see what you ahve in there and importantly give what ever bug youve caught to have a bit of room to move

This Learning Resources bug viewer is really rather good. The viewer is solidly built in robust, brightly coloured plastic and has some nice flora and fauna themed patterning to the handle and bottom of the viewer. There are air holes in the top to allow any creatures captured by would-be entomologists to breathe and plenty of space to allow insects plus some foliage to be accommodated. The viewing spot gives a nice, built-in magnifying glass effect. My 5 year old nephew is really in to exploring mini beasts at the moment, and this is a perfect resource for him.

My kids like to look for bugs when we're out and about. This is a nice thing to take with us because it's a well made container to safely catch things in, allow you to observe them and let the beast free.Great stuff indeed.
