More Economical Than Parchment Paper
Wish I had a convenient storage pouch or something to keep these rolled in; the box was too small to fit them back in. Came with some European cookie recipes, which I don't feel like converting (metric). Looking forward to using these instead of constantly wasting parchment paper all the time.

Stick Free Cooking
I have had these for some time now and I am still very happy with them. They fit my pans very well and work perfectly to keep any food from sticking to a pan from cookies to roasted vegetables. They have not stained at all and clean up is a breeze I just put them in the sink put a little Dawn on them and they clean right up.

These mats are great, easy to clean, work fantastic when baking. I even baked some chicken on these and they cleaned up very easily. I did not use any oil or cooking spray just the mat. I was even able to get a crispy coating on the chicken. A must for anyone who bakes anything.

Nicely made mats! Suprisingly thick and durable - stood up by themselves in the overn without flopping in between the metal :) No odors have been absorbed which is nice since we go from vegetables to fish to cookies and that's important. We've used these with and without cookie sheets, to cool things, and even as a kind of informal "cheese tray" for our patio. Perfect for reheating things as well, and its great that this saves us from using/wasting lots of aluminum foil - pays for itself with just these savings alone.At $8 a piece the price is a lot better than many other in this range (the ones we had before were $25 for 2 and much floppier / held odors long after washing.) After that failure, I was really glad to be able to test these through a review program (this is a completely honest, uncompensated, optional review.) The colors are nice too - look as "chic" as a silicone item could look. Grippy enough that it holds securely to your counter but not too grippy that it's hard to clean (we had planned to throw them in the dishwasher but they are really quick/easy to clean so we've been handwashing them so far.)I've attached a photo of these after coming out of the oven (and about 12 seconds before those were all gone :)
