Great for making individual desserts
They give you two of each type of mold shown. I was buying these to make hot chocolate bombs but they were way too big and did not fit inside a regular coffee mug. I am keeping mine though to make individual desserts as they are the perfect size for that!

This worked very well and is easy to use.
I've only used the molds to make one type of dessert so far but it worked like a dream. I made the dessert in a steamer and it came out perfectly. I cant wait to try it for a mousse or frozen dessert. The portion size is huge and definitely enough for individual portions.

I use it for chocolate but always carry it on top of a cookie sheet, it is not firm.

Ich bin mit den Formen sehr zufrieden. Ich verschenke gerne Wunderkugeln. Diese sind in dieser Form sehr gut entstanden. Die Kugeln ging sehr gut aus der Form raus ohne das sie kaputt gingen. Die Kugeln werden aus Schokolade gemacht und müssen vor den entfernen 1 Std. Ins kühlfach. Ich habe auch schon die anderen Formenausprobiert und bin sehr begeistert. Sie sind sehr einfach zu reinigen. Ich habe sie auf einem gitter abkühlen lassen im Kühlschrank. Danach die nächste schicht. Bis sie nachher im Gefrierschrank durften. Daher sind sie rund geblieben und haben keine Platten stellen. Die Reinigung ging sehr schnell und ist unkompliziert. Ich finde die Preis -Leistungs Verhältnis 1A und ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Der Versand war sehr schnell und kam rechtzeitig an.

Great Multipurpose Mould for Cakes or Chocolate deserts
Being a chef I spent a lot of time looking at the various silicone moulds before I bought this set.I wanted to make a multi layered desert with a clean shiny finish (you get this from tempering your chocolate) but you also need a good quality silicone mould. I tried all 3 shapes and would recommend if you want to make a special dessert of the holiday season. I filled the dome with a white chocolate mousse and a light Matcha sponge and served it with Matcha & peach flavoured ice cream.
