I got them for my best friend and myself to put on our Christmas trees 🎄 every year. She just found out she had Lou Gehrig’s and I told her as long as we both had them we would be friends forever. She passed away 7 years later. Her daughter still has hers and I still have mine. RIP Peggy

When I received these ornaments, the beak of one of the doves was broken off and missing. Normally, this would be a problem, but because of personal reasons, it became very sentimental to me. My late grandfather had tripped over a coffee table that two ceramic doves were sitting on many years ago, and one of the doves beaks became lodged in the table, which I now have. So I kept the broken ornament. Probably sounds weird, but it made it mean something extra to me!
