Such a Wonderful gift from Arthur Osborne who was a very devoted seeker of Truth - one who had the fortune of being guided by The Great Guru Shri Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi at Thiruvannamalai. I am yet to read the book in full but the few pages containing Guru Shree Shirdi Sai Baba explaining the inner meaning of a sanskrit verse in the Srimad Bagavad Geetha - Verse 34, Chapter 4 - is itself worth buying this great book in a tiny form like Lord Vaamana.What more shall i say.

Very good book from an exceptional author on an exceptional saint. There are many aspects of Saibaba that I have read only in this book especially the crossover of Sai path with Ramana Maharshi's direct path, which is a joy to read. It's written many decades post the saints passing away is probably why it's not at par with say Sri Sai Satcharita. It has that Arthur Osborne (ex Oxford gold medalist & a Ramana Maharshi biographer) touch is a big plus and this one book is not at par with his workd on Ramana Maharshi, Mountain Path articles and his great book on human history, the delightful 'Rhythm of History"
