IntexMy Baby Float

Great product, and for the price, you cant get a better deal. Our 9 1/2 month old son absolutely loved it. It was his first time in the pool and he was so comfortable in it as if he's been using this thing for months. If its fulled inflated , I don't see how the baby can tip over it, unless the baby is heavy. Our son is almost 26 pounds and it didn't seem like this thing was ever out of his control. There are four holes to pass his legs through the saddle, and if you use the front two holes, the baby will lean his chest over the front of the float, in perfect position to use his hands and feet to swim. We didn't try using the back holes as i felt that may tip the balance off a bit, but may be its meant to float on the back. I dunno, this thing didn't come with a manual (nor do i think it needs ones). One reviewer said it needs to be inflated before every use, though I wouldn't take a star off of it for that. All it needs is like 4-5 good puffs and thats a good test to check ur lung capacity. overall, a great product, definitely recommended. Everyone should buy this product as a tester before they buy any fancy $25+ stuff.and amazing shipping from amazon prime. Got it in just one day, considering July 4th was a holiday.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I ordered it for my granddaughter who was 5 months old at the time. It's been well used for over 3 months now. It's durable and easy to inflate. Before I ordered I was concerned that it would be too big for a small 5 month old baby. I am pleased to say that it was just right and still is. I'd say it would work for a baby from about 10 - 25 maybe even 30 pounds It's very sturdy. What I like best is the crisscross bottom which holds the baby's legs. If I put her legs through the two front openings, she will lie back against the headrest. If I use the two read openings, she will lean slightly forward. I like having this option because when she was smaller I just leaned her back. As she got older and more comfortable in the water, I leaned her forward and she learned to kick her feet.I should also mention that someone else had bought another baby float for my granddaughter that was lager and had a sunshade. I did not like that one at all. It was too big when she was 5 months and the sun shade was almost useless. I would highly recommend this Intex "My Baby Float".

I purchased this float for my son who had just turned 1 at the time. We had planned a trip to a resort in Mexico, and wanted to bring something with us that would allow him to enjoy the pools as much as we could. We had planned on merely leaving the device down there and not having to pack it for the way home. The packaging was simple form fitting plastic that encased the float. Very easy to blow up and maintained its shape and held it's air very well. The design was build to allow the child to grow with the float. It has an inner tube ring and an outer tube ring, both of which are connected with snaps. The inner ring houses a cross type seat for the legs to be put in allowing underage kids to float and relax. The design is such that it hold the child very evenly in the water without the fear of tipping over as many other floats have done. The outer ring can be used later in development allowing the child to swim freely with just ring (and floaties or vest, whatever you use) and swim around as a regular ring float. For the price I could not have passed up on this float for the trip and I was so pleased with the device that I actually did in fact pack it to bring home with us. He has used it many times since in our pool, however, a small tear has come in the inner tube where the seat connect to the inner ring. I have not patched it yet, but I am hoping that will take care of the leak and allow him to once again use it. All in all we are pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to parents of little ones. It stood up to wave pools, lazy rivers, and just regular swimming and it has been an ease to use and place our son in and out of.

Bought for my 22lb 1 year old and it worked great!

My daughter really likes this float. However, we only use it in the baby pool and she loves it b/c she can stand while still in the float and walk around which gives her a sense of independence. My daughter starting using this at about 10.5 mons. I don't recommend this particular one for smaller infants as the seat is not very secure and small babies can more easily fall through unless the parent is there to hold them at all times. There is a different version of this float by Intex that has a more secure seat that only has leg holes just small enough for their legs.

Perfect for newly born babies to get them in the water!
