Powers my CPAP for 32+ Hours
This battery pack is absolutely amazing! It powers my Philips DreamStation DSX500T11 CPAP machine for 4 full nights (32+ hours) on a single charge. My settings are no humidifier, 99% mask fitment, and 11.0 cmH20 pressure. I put it in my carry-on backpack and TSA did not ask a single question about it. I'm sure you could extend the battery life with a solar powered charging system if you need more than 4 nights. I would definitely recommend this battery pack for any CPAP user that spends the night away from the power grid.

Excellent carry-on travel battery for CPAP machines, and for use at home as a CPAP UPS
After years of looking for the perfect battery backup for my CPAP machines (I have both a Respironics M-Series at home and an A-series in my airline carry-on travel bag), this seems to be the "perfect" one. For starters, it is very reasonably-priced for what it does, so it isn't a big deal to buy two of them, for the two machines I have. This model has both a USB-A out and a Qi charging pad, so when I'm travelling I can actually charge my phone on the pad while also charging a second device via USB, while also powering my CPAP machine. I can run just the CPAP machine for two nights on one charge. While there are other products out there with more USB ports, variable DC-out voltage, and other extra, non-essential features, they cost twice or three times as much.At home, this battery plus its 2-amp charger also takes the place of my CPAP's power supply and works as an uninterruptible power supply for my CPAP machine if there's a power failure. The 2-amp power supply is insufficient for the PEAK draw of my CPAP machine as I breathe, but the AVERAGE draw of the machine over the course of breathing in/out is less -- which means that while plugged-in, the battery serves to maintain all the power the CPAP needs while actually charging over time rather than running down. I also connect my phone's wireless charging cradle to the USB-A port, and charge my phone at night without an additional power supply for the phone.I've run tests where I drained the battery completely empty, then plugged in the 2-amp power supply and tried to turn on the CPAP machine. Because the peak draw of the machine is more than 2-amps, the CPAP shuts off partway through the breathing cycle. However, all I have to do is let the battery charge up for just a few minutes before turning on the CPAP machine, and it will work fine, and the battery will slowly charge while using the CPAP machine. This also means when I travel or even just spend the night at someone else's house (I keep my travel CPAP in my car just in case) I can just leave my CPAP power supply at home, and rely on just this battery and its smaller power supply, with confidence I won't find myself unable to run the CPAP machine if the battery wasn't charged, as long as I have A/C power.TL:DL: it gets the job done, for far less money than other battery options. Hence the 5-star review.

Compact Powerhouse
This unit packs amazing power in a small package. The included charger gives a second indication (green LED) that the battery pack is charged. I had a problem with the LED bar graph display on the unit shortly after receiving it but the vendor was very quick to resolve the issue. As an example of the battery power density, I used the fully charged unit to power a portable 22inch TV (approx. 36 watts) for four hours with no problems. This is a well put together little power source.

Long charge and CPAP power capability.
I was able to run my CPAP machine and charge my iPhone XS Max for 2 nights in a row without recharging the battery and still had a charge left afterwards. Not all products support charging a cpap machine. This one does. Love it.

CPAP users take note
I live in Louisiana and use a CPAP machine each night. This year we have had a three hurricanes that have affected the power. This battery got me through a two night outage. I believe it would have have made through three nights on a charge.Just take note, you do need to order the proper connecting cable.

Inconsistent Voltage
Does not put out a consistent 12v. Started out with 12 volts when battery charge was at 100% but by the time the battery was at 75% the voltage dropped to 10.9 volts. My use case requires a steady 12v. I watched the voltage steadily diminish over a span of 3 hours.

Spectra breast pump use
I get countless days of breast pump use out of this battery. Works great with spectra, even comes with the cord needed to get the pump working for you.
