I needed this for support for my stomach muscles due to overexercise I have upper abdomen stomach muscles popping, it works perfectly, really good support, tightens really well and ideal for really good support during exercise.

Good quality and it arrived quickly. You have three parts to attach. The best way it to attach the big part to your body (it will be quite loose still) and then make it tight with the other two parts in th outside. It is not good for people that are too skinny.
