They're definitely smaller than I expected, I was worried they wouldn't fit on my wrist. I'm a tall guy on the larger side losing weight but my wrists aren't large from my weight. After a little quick adjusting, they do fit. I like them.

My bf liked these a lot but said they tug at his arm hair which can be painful.

Some people believe that crystals can help with mental/emotional distress, some don't. I never really thought about it much, but someone suggested that I try tiger eye beads and lava stone bracelets. After a few weeks I am a believer. My anxiety and stress levels have diminished.I just wish that they didn't require constant tightening. That's the reason for only 4 stars.

They look good they just loosen up really easily throughout the day especially if your getting wet at all.

I wanted to buy one to use as an ankle bracelet.Came as described, rope is long enough so that it can fit around my foot then secure itself! (very pleased).Quality of stones, is lesser. They are nothing special, however this is fine since it will not be on my wrist.It was not very expensive however which is good.I cannot speak to its durability as of yet, should it last I will be adding a star.I have found better quality stones start around 12$ a bracelet.
