I recently had two teeth extracted. My dentist gave me a prescription for 15 Hydrocodone 325mg tablets, one tablet every 6 hours for pain. I decided to use the Best Corydalis 1000mg caps instead of the Hydrocodone tabs just to see how effective the tabs would be for my pain. This is one of the few products I've found that actually helps my severe pain. After being force tapered of my stable Rx pain meds, due to the weaponization of the 2016 CDC Guidelines, like thousands of others, I've been searching for something else to help. This doesn't take my severe nerve pain (from broken spinal fusion hardware) away, but it does help reduce it enough that I can actually sleep 2-4 hrs straight. This is one of the strongest brands I've been able to find & after taking it about 2-3 weeks, I increased my dosage upto 3 capsules a day, with Wild Lettuce & Ashwagandha. I've been taking it for several months now & haven't had any adverse side effects.

It’s OK. Hard to tell if it makes much of a difference. I bought it to add to my opiate regimen for severe chronic pain. But hell, I am throwing everything in the phonebook at this. So I will probably continue trying for a while.

Corydalis is suppose to be 10x weaker than morphine (whatever that means) and very good for chronic pain. If anyone is interested in the tinctured version- don't! Vile does not describe the taste that stays in your mouth. Pills are great.Do i notice a difference in pain level? I can't tell. I am told i need to take thos regularly (i suck at schedules) and i miss many days so maybe it is me thats not helping my pain and not the pill.By far, these pills rock in flavor- you cannot taste the vile after taste ..and they are easily taken.Just dont know if the product actually helps my pain level.

I bought this product hoping for some relief for arthritic pain in my knee. Instead of helping with the pain I feel like it has gotten worse. I take no other supplements since taking this. Use to take turmeric which i think helped some. They do not allow returns so this was a waste of my money I am finding more and more you cannot believe what you read nor rely on ratings either. This product had a 4.5 rating.

My first review was blocked due to something about community guidelines. I have no idea what the problem was. Anyway, this product works well as a pain relief alternative to the traditional pills you might buy for pain. I am trying to move away from the traditional pain relief because one hurts your liver and the other had pushed my kidney numbers into the pink zone.

I have had chronic pain in my shoulders, Neck and lower back for years...I had been subscribed Opioids for Years and was addicted. once off I swore I would never go back..I tried these pill out of desperation...if you really take notice to how you are feeling before taking them because they kind of sneak up on you...You still have some pain but the majority of it dissipates. My pain is 75% less, I sleep better and I am more relaxed and generally feel better all over...I take one in the morning and one about 6pm. I felt a difference the first day but it took about a week for me to really notice the benefits of these pills. I have heard some folks take upwards of 2 weeks...great stuff..
