Great for the price and even better customer service!
So, I replaced my iCoffee machine with a Nespresso Virtuoline w/frother. I was so excited as I love frothy coffees. However, I'm really disappointed as the coffee is never hot enough. For my "regular" morning coffee I resorted to putting it in the microwave and heating it up before putting it in my travel mug for work. HENCE - my search for a different single cup coffee maker.I was all set to purchase the Keurig mini, but at $99 (ok $79 if you use your Bed Bath & Beyond 20% off), but decided to do some research. I came across this Single Serve by Sboly. Price was right and there was a "discount coupon" added to my cart!I received it, took it out of the box and scratched my head. How the heck do you use a K-Cup? It had the brew basket, but the K-Cup wobbled and the needle wouldn't puncture it.... finally realized (duh) it didn't have the K-Cup holder in the box. I immediately emailed Sboly and they responded in a day. They apologized and sent me a new coffee maker. Just like that! Now, this little coffee maker is the bomb! It's got a small footprint, which I love. I posted a picture next to the Nespresso (yes, I'm going to keep that for my lattes lol!). One thing I like about this little guy is that it's single serve - meaning you have to put water in it each time. Now I don't mind that at all. Not a fan of water sitting in the reservoir... That being said it does take a good 3-4 minutes to heat the water and make coffee. Ok by me as I continue doing things while it's brewing.Coffee - comes out hot! Tastes delicious. It's awesome! You can also use grounds in this machine! It comes with a separate grounds basket. I go back and forth between grounds and k-cups (for convenience).I'd definitely recommend this coffee maker for size, convenience, and if you happen to have a problem their Customer Service is great!

Sleek and shiny
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased and received this a little over a week ago and just wanted to give it some use before posting a review. I have always had conventional coffee pots, so giood is my first experience with a K cup compatible coffee maker. It feels like it takes forever for your cup to brew, but in all actuality it's only about a minute and a half to two minutes. I stand there staring at it, so you know what they say, "a watched pot never boils"... but this does! First you hear the boiling of the water, then steam starts coming out (be careful!) And finally the coffee comes out! And it comes out hot af! I had to let it cool down for about five minutes after i added cooked almond milk! Im very sensitive to temperature, unfortunately. It's all shiny and tiny, so it takes up way less space on the counter than the old pot. I had to my step father how to use it, as he is not tech savvy... and surprisingly he picked up on it almost immediately! I really like that we aren't wasting as much perfectly good coffee as before, as we're just brewing one cup at a time.I'd definitely buy this again, i really can't see myself going back to the old school coffee pot!

My tall coffee cup fits in it!
I'm in love with my new coffee maker! First, I used to have to brew coffee in a mug with my Keurig, then transfer it to my insulated coffee cup because it would not fit in the Keurig. Second, sometimes I used pods but ground coffee is so much cheaper, so I was using reusable K-cups for ground coffee, but water would leak out of the sides, and the Keurig just wouldn't function properly. This machine is designed for both! It knows you're using ground coffee, (because of your selection) and it adjusts! Water heats up in about 70 seconds and comes out very hot! Great machine!

Almost Good
I have only used this once so I don't know about how long it will last. Outside is plastic and light, average for products of this price range. But inside is what counts. I used a K Cup, 9 ounces of water. I figured the grounds would absorb an ounce and I was right as it produced about eight ounces of coffee. The time from when I pushed the start button was a little less than three minutes. All excellent so far.The downside is that the coffee was not hot enough after adding a modest amont of milk. It was fine for the first 30 seconds or so but the temp fell pretty quickly. Had it been hotter initially it would have lasted through the time to drink the coffee. I magaged to "kill" it while it was at least warm since I don't like cold coffee and I did not want to start over. And it was too much trouble to use three brewings and drank just a third of each while it was hot. So I opted for speed drinking. I did use a standard glass cup , not insullated. I would call the temperature borderline if with an insulated cup. This would be a five star product if the temp was just a little hotter.I am no coffee nut but the taste was fine for me, one who thinks coffee is coffee as long as it is hot. Too bad that this lacks a little more heat in order to be a five star. But I will keep it and just use the microwave for a few seconds to heat it up.Edit:I received an email from the company offering a partial refund, along with some suggestions which I was already aware off so of no use to me. But the email was nice as was the offer but I do not need the refund as the problem is not that bad. I had already solved my problem by just using an insullated cup. Now the coffee remains sufficiently hot. So, even though some may not want to use an insullated cup, I am changing my rating to a five star since at least MY problem is solved and it seems they have good customer service. Now the machine is excellent, at least for my use.

Fast and hot
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My daughter forgot her coffee maker for college and I ordered and sent this to her. She said it’s better than the one she had forgotten. She sent the pics and video when it arrived. But the best part is she said the coffee came our hot and smooth. If you’re a coffee drinker that means yumm. This is a great value for her happiness. It’s also easy to clean and the pods go in and out with ease

Compact little coffee machine. Easy to use, even easier to clean!
This coffee machine is compact and easy to use. We have a full sized Keurig in the kitchen but wanted a secondary unit for our home office space so we can quickly grab a drink on crazy work days in between meetings without having to go downstairs. This perfectly fit the bill as it was light and compact. We love that it comes with both a k-cup attachment as well as the mesh basket for loose coffee. Personally I use the mesh basket for loose leaf tea, as I find most filters or “tea steepers” allow at least SOME tea leaves through and I’m not a big fan of that. We also love that so many components detach completely for easy cleaning. I have tried putting various mug/cup sizes and almost every cup I own fits under there. I measured and the tallest cup you can fit is 6.5”. The teal cup in my picture measures exactly 6” tall and is 20fl.oz. You can also lift up the metal grate that is part of the spillage drain area and fit an even slightly taller cup in there! In a pinch I have even stuck a cup noodle under there and was able to have my noodle soup! The reservoir can hold a max of 14 oz of water. Great buy!

Great quality Coffee Machine
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is a great quality coffee machine. It is very compact which is something I’m fond of, as I don’t want it to take up a lot of space in my kitchen. It also has 2 functionalities, either for K-cup or coffee beans which is also very nice as not all machines have this. It is easy to clean, the coffee tastes great, and sufficient for all my morning coffee needs. Highly recommend!

Exactly What We Needed
My bride and I finally caved in and decided to get a K-Cup machine after years of putting it off. We reasoned that since we are not big hot-drink drinkers, such a device would be pointless, especially since we have a stove-top kettle and a drip coffee maker too. Then, after the second straight day that my local Timmy's screwed up my Earl Grey tea order (1 milk, sugars, not 2 milk and no sugar), we decided to act. We settled on this device because it didn't take up a lot of counter space (we don't have much), was reasonably priced, and very simple to use and clean. In addition, the option of just using it to boil water for cup-o-soup, or other non-K cup needs in a few minutes (as opposed to waiting for a kettle to do it), made a lot of sense. This is exactly what we got and it works perfectly for us. This device fits perfectly on our counter (it takes up half the space of our old drip coffee machine) and the handy adaptor for non-K cup coffee is very useful too. Moreover, the water always hot, and is ready about two minutes after you start the cycle. If there are any drawbacks to it, so far they are not apparent to us. The device simply works. It makes a hot drink fast, is reasonably priced, and doesn't take up a lot of space. If that's what works for you, this machine should too. If you want more than that, look elsewhere. For us, this is pretty much perfect.

So Much Better Than My Old Single Serve
I bought a single serve coffee maker 2 years ago and it soon started turning itself off and on at random times. The switch was very loose. It was Black & Decker and was only 20 bucks (get what you pay for). It did not do K-cups. Now this one is much more solidly built. The switches are push straight in and they feel firm, not loose & wiggly. This one does do K-cups. The water reservoir is easy to see because it is light blue and not black like the rest of the machine, means no accidental over-filling.. The coffee has good flavor, all the parts are easy to clean and it has a cleaning cycle. Haven't used for K-cups yet but there are two built-in metal piercers that look sturdy and will no doubt do the job. Great warranty and I bought the extended kitchen warranty from amazon. Expect to get many years of service from this coffee maker. They only downside is that the pump is a little noisy, but coffee is ready in under 3 minutes - and it means I know when its done from the next room, cuz I hear it stop. LOL Highly recommend.

Coffee maker
There is nothing to dislike about this product. The only problem I have is that I didn't order one earlier. I don't drink a lot of coffee and I just love the fact I can make one in the morning, it only takes a few minutes to get done, the coffee is hot . It's so easy to clean and the fact that you can use ground coffee or the pods is an added bonus. I'm honestly just thrilled with the product and can say nothing negative about it...........Bridget
