Q: Is it compatible with Shipping Labels like Half sheet labels?

This printer is capable of printing up to 4" wide labels on rolls or fanfold. The normal size labels for shipping that UPS and Fed-Ex use would be 4 x 6 but it can vary in size. The TSC printer is no able to be a single sheet feed printer. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us at 888-237-8525.

Yes this prints 4" wide, so a 4 x 3 will be no problem. Feel free to contact us direct or through Amazon with any questions on the printer

Q: does this printer work with android? has an sdk to download?

Never tried. But if you can send a file to it using the printer control code, I don't see why it wouldn't. Sounds like a lot of extra work
