Reasonably priced sediment filters
Reasonably priced 5 micron sediment filters. They work well removing fine sediment and sand from our well water.They seem to be a little smaller in diameter then the last ones I purchased.

NOT AS ADVERTISED!
Filter size was 2-3/16" not 2-1/2", which makes it approximately 13% undersized. Filters depend on "surface area" to do the filtering. So when the surface area is 13% less, the filtration quality is 13% less, allowing additional sediment to flow through. And, of course, the filters will not last as long.Previous purchases from other vendors were 2-1/2" as described in their advertising.

Not happy!
Product is not 2.5 it is 2.25. so it's much smaller than other filters. Waste of money!

they're water filters...
Don't know what to say beyond they do what they're supposed to do. They're easy to install on my particular unit but I can't speak for everyone else's water filter units. This reminds me, it's time to change out my filters this weekend...
