Zak Tool ZT212-55 Tactical Belt Clip (Combo Set)

Works great. I am a LEO and use this on a quick grab thigh rig for my AR magazines/Med kit. It works great for me and is a quicker deployment than a buckle clip style. Also, the best part of this product for me is that it uses very little real-estate on my duty belt because the ZAK tool is much smaller than a standard buckle type quick release.

This a great piece of gear if you have a job where you might have to put on and take off your gas mask bag repeatedly.

My department doesn't allow drop-leg or thigh rigs while on duty but they encourage us to have extra rifle mags available for active shooter type situations. A lot of guys have detachable drop leg pouches but the clip portion on the belt takes up valuable space so when I found this setup I was hopeful that it would work well.So far this thing is great. The belt portion is small and doesn't look "intimidating" to the brass. It's easy to put my mags on and best of all, the "D" ring allows the whole pouch to move well at the waist level so running and crouching is no problem. Fortunately I have only had to use this in training but it has worked great every time.

Well made piece of kit. I have been using the same clip for over 10 years now, its tarnished in spots and looks beat to hell, but it still works great. I bought this combo for a drop down rig to hold extra AR magazines and it is the exactly the same quality as my 10 year old clip. These things are indestructible.

I have more than one rig for my various drop legs. The Zak allows me to move my holsters between rigs, depending on what I'm doing. As a side benefit, when attached to a safariland drop leg holster, it is much more comfortable driving a car. I also have one attached to my gas mask bag so I can remove it easily. I used to have it attached to the rear of my tac vest, making driving impossible. Much more comfortable. I've been using the zak for about two months.

This is the version that fits I believe the standard 2 & 1/4 inch duty belts. It is a perfect fit for my nylon duty belt and allows a quick way for me to convert my drop pouch to a quick disconnect for when I don't need it attached to my belt. This is also a great option for those who may not be allowed to carry a drop pouch on their belts for things like riffle mags or IFAK's but would like the option to have it available in those s hits the fan moments.

It’s extremely easy to get your holster on/off with this system. It’s also much easier to wear it because it doesn’t bind at all like a nylon strap. The only down side is that it drops your holster down a few inches so you can’t get it very high, in the right spot, where a single strap thigh holster should be. Definitely would recommend though. The down side isn’t a big one.

Bought this, to hang a pouch, to hold a bar code scanner works very well.

Gutes Produkt. Für einen „deutschen“ Koppel wie er üblich ist zu groß. Deswegen habe ich darunter noch einen Beltkeeper fixiert.
