Claudia Stevens Personal Chemistry Smart Gloss Lip Plumper

I love to put this over a softer color to give it a little oomph. I don't think it really has any lip plumping quality at all. I originally bought this years ago at Sally Beauty supply, they no longer carry it. The product always wants to come out to quickly until the package is about half empty. It will stain your clothing and the inside of your purse so be careful and be sure the lid is on tight. I wish they would change the packaging but sadly I think this is discontinued.
