Q: Where is this made/manufactured?

Cut the tags off mine, but if u are concerned about quality, don't be. I swim 5 miles a week and have just bought my 2nd pair in a different color b/c I love them so much and the quality is great. My TYR jammers now stay in the drawer.

Q: Does anyone have any updates on how long these last in chlorine?

I've been wearing for about 5-months, 2x week, 2,000yds/day, without noticeable discoloration, or deterioration of the material. Legs have loosened up a bit, but they feel like they will last quite a while.

Q: These are fina approved?

I dont see My Kilometer as a swimsuit manufacturer listed on FINA website for approved suits for men and female. You would have to contact seller i guess to confirm but these are great quality jammers for the price.
