Osprey Herren Syncro 12 Multi-Sport Pack

I thought I’d give the Osprey Syncro 12 a try for the breathable back panel. Osprey often put out some decent, high quality bags. This one though, I just can’t figure it out.It feels very cheap. The straps and fittings feel… I guess cheap is the best way to put it. I know there’s a lifetime guarantee but it still feels like things might break. They’re all very small and fiddly. They don’t feel good to use.I don’t understand the design it has lots of odd choices that feel poorly implemented.It has compression straps on the top with clips that dig into your back because they’ve put them on the back panel instead of on the front. They’re also always in the way of opening and closing both pockets. It’s like they’ve angled them on purpose to get in the way. Some minimal design changes would make all the difference.The water bottle compression straps are pretty poorly implemented too. Just a bit in the way and not very helpful.It’s got this ‘stash pocket’ on the front that’s too small to fit much inside. I have no idea what I’d use it for. The main issue is the shape and design, not the size of the pack. They could have easily installed one that was quite helpful.It’s got very small side bottle pockets that are very difficult to get into, then when I threw the bag on my bed to take a better look at it the bottle shot out! Again this is a design issue. They’ve anchored the inner seem in an odd place.You can’t remove the extremely long but uselessly thin hip belt. I’ve never seen one so long. There’s no strap keepers so they just siwng around. It’s only for stabilisation because the straps are so thin. But they cut into you because of this. Just not a helpful addition to the pack. They just needed to be wider. That’s all.There’s some other minor things I found annoying tbh but the main thing I felt as I packed it away to return was that it just wasn’t thought through. I’ve had osprey bags before that I’ve used for over 8 years. This one was just badly designed and over priced.

The praised air system is basically a plastic frame that keeps the rucksack away from your back, which is good in most cases except when you wear a T-shirt - then it hurts! If you use it with anything else like a wind-stopper or shell, no problem I was disappointed to be honest! Other than that, is light and has a good fixing system. The zip doesn't open much - hard to fit your hand in and search fir stuff inside! Anyway, the computer/tablet place is good, the pockets and helmet fixing are useful. It could work!

United States buyer here. I was unsure about this purchase, since it was Osprey Europe. I wasn’t sure if it was different then the Osprey US version. The price was much less then the US version, so I took the chance. This was a great purchase, and it’s the real deal! The only difference in this pack, and the US version is that this one did not come with the hydration bladder. It does come with the rain cover. This was a great buy at a huge savings. You will not be disappointed. I am a 5’6 tall 145 lb female, and this pack fits me well.

Déjà fidèle à la marque Osprey, il me fallait un petit sac à dos pour une ballade en ville, en rando, en vélo.Léger, pratique, super confortable, plusieurs compartiments, très bon volume de stockage par rapport à la taille.J ai pris la poche d eau en plus (il y a un emplacement spécifique pour celle ci).

Ho acquistato questo zaino per utilizzarlo durante una escursione ciclista di un paio di giorni e devo dire che mi ha soddisfatto. Il sistema di aerazione sullo schienale non mi ha deluso.

La mochila estaba bien, tuve que devolverla por ser pequeña para mi finalidad. La devolucion con Amazon fue muy problematica, me reembolsaron el coste pero no cerraron el expediente y un mes despues me la volvieron a cobrar la mochila y el resto de productos del pedido. Estoy haciendo papeles e informes de incidentes para que lo solucionen pero me esta costando mucho que me devuelvan el dinero.
