The battery lasts all day for me, and I listen to a LOT of podcasts. I love the swivel ear thingy. And it doesn’t fall out!

Great product

Battery life seems to last as long as advertised. The unit is a little bigger than I'd like, but that's not really an issue. It is comfortable and light. I use the headset for 10+hrs at a time with no discomfort. Overall build quality feels and looks good.The biggest problem I'm having with the headset is the audio quality. It is not "crisp", sometimes sounding "digitized". Even the default voice to tell when the unit is pairing and other notifications sounds poor. I was able to download an equalizer that mostly solves this, but I have to launch it every time I pair to my phone. I suspect this will also impact battery life.I've also been having an issue where the unit cannot understand me when I talk through the headset for Google assistant. No other headset I've used has had this issue.

it is not working perfect make all kind of noise

This product was good until I had to take a call on it. It was light weight and inexpensive, however, nothing I did made it loud. I bought this for the convenience of a bluetooth headset and the low price with the promise of good sound and it truly disappoints with a voice so low you're going to wish you bought a Motorola and paid $30 to $50

It's a great product..

My reason for buying was exclusively for YouTube watching while having one ear open. My issue is that the syncing of sound and movement of mouth and actions isn’t synced. It is annoying. I’m returning. I am adding to my review 3/3/19. after I returned my unit and was issued a refund, the company contacted me and asked what they can do to make me satisfied. Well they had already refunded my money so I felt square with the company. The company on its own sent an updated or more expensive model for free. I received it today and tried it. The issue is the same as before. Voice and lip movement on video does not sync. So I won’t use it for that purpose. I do want to be clear that this company has done more than expected to make me happy. The earphones are very very nice looking and the sound is very good. For. Phone calls, I’m sure this would be great so I would recommend this for calls and customer service is really good.
