As good as the price
This is a very inexpensive telescope that my son used as part of a display for a science exhibition. Therefore, it serves the purpose. It is hard to view through and not very effective - but then, it is cheap.

Absolute dissappointment
This $19 vivitar telescope is guaranteed to end up with your child crying. Can't see a thing, just has no purpose except to create tears. One star because we have to give it a rating.

Do NOT recommend
This telescope is crap.. daughter got it as a christmas gift and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Cant see ANYTHING. She cried because she couldnt see her favorite star in the nights sky. And its the brightest star in the sky every night.
