AvedaShampure Nurturing Shampoo & Nurturing Conditioner Duo 1.7oz

I've been using this shampoo for years and I've always loved it and my hair has always looked great thanks to it. I typically get it from the salon but since everything is closed right now I ordered from Amazon instead. This is NOT the same shampoo or conditioner. I've used the one shipped to me for about a week now and every time it leaves my scalp really dry and itchy, with angry red bumps around my hairline. Yesterday I noticed my hairline is so inflamed that the hair is thinning out!There's something definitely wrong with the shipped product, it doesn't smell like the other bottle I bought a couple months ago from the salon, even when I checked both bottles against each other. Really disappointed.

Big disappointment. I've been using this for years! AVEDA changed the scent. Definately NOT the same. On a mission to find another suitable product.

Aveda changed their Shampure formula and my hair is NOT happy about it!

This doesn’t smell right or seem like it is the correct product.

I just received my order yesterday and was extremely disappointed for two reasons:1) As one other review mentioned, the shampoo had opened during shipping 2) the scent is not at all appealing to me! Based on rave reviews about how nice it smells I was expecting a clean , fresh floral scent but it is not that at all! Smells very medicinal. I have not yet used it and may even return it...gave only one star because it would not allow me not to.

the product description was for a shampoo and conditioner duo but instead they sent me two shampoo's. I purposely looked at the add to make sure it was shampoo and conditioner.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. I have shoulder length graying hair. Everyday I exercise and use a dry sauna so my hair gets dirty. I found sulfate free shampoos do not clean enough and store shampoos with sulfate dry it out like straw. Shampure seems to be the happy medium. It cleans without drying my hair. I wash every other day and brush with a nylon bristle brush daily. The shampoo and conditioner were wrapped in plastic with no spillage. The smell is the same. Very happy with product!

It took over a month to receive my order because of issues with the Postal Service. The seller and I thought it was lost. Throughout the draining process, the seller communicated with me every step of the way. He always replied to my emails very quickly and with a solution or update. He also provided his phone number in case I wanted to call to discuss. Now that's real customer service, Excellent! Thanks Jacob!!!

the picture shows 250 mL but they are actually selling a 50mL bottle... very tiny! also note that you aren't buying both, you are just buying either shampoo or conditioner not both!
