Rubie's Women's Captain America: Civil War Black Widow Costume, As Shown

I LOVE this costume! I was a little skeptical from reading all the reviews in regards to the fit, but I was wicked impressed and this exceeded my expectations. The issue was it being too short from the neck and the crotch area, meaning it was can only fit short waisted bodies. Well, I'm short and stocky..at 5'4 154 pounds. I ordered the largest size. Fit just about right. I had to get the shield patches sewn on. I brought a nice pair of boots, a utility belt and thigh leg holster to complete look. The belt it came with wouldn't stay in place so I got my own as mentioned. I ended up getting a toy gun that looked real! I got a lot of compliments! It was super comfy! I cheated a little and wore support hose underneath for a leaner, smoother look! I also got my own knee pads too, but I didn't get to take a photo with them on. I recommend that as well.

First off I ordered a large & received a medium. Luckily this was fine as the medium fits perfect! I think the legs of the costume are too short as the cuffs end up mid-calf on me. This won't be a problem since I will be wearing tall boots. I personally think the knee pads & "boot tops" are cheap & strange looking so I will be removing them. The material looks shiny/sparkly at first which I didn't like but it looks pretty cool once its on. I think this is a great start if you're looking for a base suit for your Black Widow cosplay. You can use the suit as the base & make your own details/accessories. Totally worth it!

My daughter looked AWESOME. She is about 5'2" and we got a small. She weighs about 100 lbs. I almost ordered XS, but am glad we didn't. It is made pretty short through the crotch so it rode up a little, but wasn't terrible. There are made to be well fitting, so if worried, I don't think it hurts to go up a size. The belt wasn't as bad as people said---we were fine sticking w/ what we had. We did get a thigh holster and used her own black boots. The knee pads were silly so tossed those. The velcro on the wrist wraps didn't hold well so we just used black tape to hold---u couldn't even see it. I would add a pic, but since there are weirdos in this world, I will not. ;)

I had really high hopes for this cosplay... I love Nat and was planning on wearing this to a convention, but it’ll need a lot of work before I wear it in public. Wearing it straight out of the packaging would only be good for low class Halloween parties, it’s that bad. The Widow Bites are the worse... it’s stiff plastic that’s way too big and stays in the folded shape it was packed in. The belt is only slightly better since you can’t tell from the front, but it’s plastic also and has a ribbon to tie in the back. The size long ways is a little short, but the legs, sleeves, and midsection is baggy. The cameltoe is real, but easily avoidable if you wear a pad. The leg and knee padding is almost laughable, but not that bad. It will make it very difficult to wear the right boots though. All in all, the only good thing is the bodysuit, but even that’s not that good. I’ll have to put a lot more work into it before bringing this to a con.

I had such high expectations for this costume and none of them were exceeded, much less met. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This costume is very snug in crotch, to the point where I can’t even take a step without feeling the need to pull it down. The material is not comfortable, it is very itchy and it looks like it’s inside out even when it’s not. The belt and the stingers are made out of hard plastic. I can’t even wear the stingers because my wrists are too small (I’m 5’3” and 105 pounds, I ordered the XS). And even if I could, I wouldn’t want to because they look disgusting. If you’re planning on attaching holsters to the belt you should buy your own, because the belt provided wouldn’t even hold the weight of a paper clip. The attached “shin guards” looked so awful that I had to cut them off with scissors. The costume itself comes too short on my arms and my legs so there is a gap between my gloves and the costume (I bought knee high boots to cover the gap on the legs). Overall, this costume is cheap and poorly made. Just stick with the “Sexy Assassin” costume and you’ll be much better off.

Got a medium— I’m 5’2”, 125lbs, 34C, and it fit great! Not too tight, but definitely not baggy either. The only fit problem I encountered was that it was a little short on the legs, but I wore riding boots and put the outfit over the boots and it was great! I ended up not using the additional utility belt that comes with the suit, but got a much more heavy duty holster belt for the outfit and would recommend doing that! I also got a green vest to complete the updated Black Widow costume from Infinity Wars, but that wasn’t included. Overall, I’m SO HAPPY with this purchase! There were just little individualizations that I did to my outfit to fit my event.

I'm 5'3" and wear a size 2 in regular clothes. I wasn't sure whether to order the XS (size 0-2) or the S (size 2-6), so I went with the XS. I admittedly have a long torso for my height, but oh my... this was WAY too short in the torso and the bottom of the pants ended half way up my calves. So I ordered the small. Even though S is supposed to fit up to size 6 and I'm really not a tall person, the S was again uncomfortably short in the torso (painful and obscene!) and still too short in the legs as well (I do not have long legs). So I finally decided to order the medium, which is supposed to fit a size 6-10. Finally the length of the costume was okay (still a little short in the torso, but wearable), however now that I'd gone up so much in sizes the whole costume was so big and baggy around my body that I looked more like a mechanic than Black Widow. Very disappointing :(

I absolutely love this! It does run small and is short! I'm 5'4 and it fits perfect!(size large)

Hier finde ich da passt das Preisleistungsvehältnis nicht.Die Qualität ist nicht wirklich super aber okay. Meine Tochter braucht es für einen Mottotag ist 170 cm groß und es ist echt kurz.

Bit pricey but well worth it! Daughter loves the outfit and it fits well
