I brought this on the 8th of March hoping it would get to me before mother’s day. I received my parcel on the 10th. The photo frame came quick and when I opened the parcel it was everything I hoped for and more! My mum adored it, it now has a proud place on top of our fireplace. Oak Veneer- not the highest quality given the high price point after customisation but own fault for not reading the advert completely. Corners have chips due to veneer- it’s never going to cut cleanly. The inscription is clean and clear though. Surprised there was nothing to protect the glass- marks buffed off but again, for the price, expected more. Delivery was quick and tracked.

For one I loved that this product comes from Cardiff. Second, was seeing my mams face on mother's day as she opened her present. She absolotey loved the personlised photo frame and may have shed a little tear. Was very quick service and I WILL definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered this when my mum was diagnosed with cancer last weekend, when it arrived she was unfortunately no longer with us but myself & my siblings loved this frame so much we knew it was exactly her style!
