A must for all those venturing off-piste.
Very easy and simple to use in practice, I sincerely hope that I never have to use it in anger. The harness is very comfortable, a great improvement on my old analogue Ortovox. The sophistication of the 3 element box of tricks within, is concealed by the large display and button, great for foul weather and cold hands - In any emergency, simple is better. A must for all those venturing off-piste.

Rugged avalanche transceiver
This is rugged chunky piece of equipment which is easily operated with gloves and seems intuitive in operation. Battery lasts well and it is comfortable enough to wear. Amazon varies the prices and I think I got a bargain for a 3 antenna transceiver.
