Got this back brace today to see if it could help with my posture and pain due to hip broblems after suffering more than ten years after birth problems due to emergency focepts delivery. Counldnt wait to put it on. Been wearing it all day sitting around house and doing house work. I've had no problems wearing it and less pain in lower back. Might even wear it in bed when pain is at its worse.

After suffering with the worst back pain for weeks I decided to try a back support. I immediately liked the look of this belt so thought what the hell its a reasonable price what can I lose. Delivery was quick and I can safely say after just 1 day of wearing it the relief it has given me is amazing, I especially like the two layers of fastening for that secure support. Would highly recommend

I liked the colour, size and quick delivery.Unfortunately the item came without any fitting instructions, warnings and precautions, which is totally unacceptable. Also no care label, which is bordering on legal in the UK, again very unsatisfactory.Have obtained a refund for it as not fit to use. Due to the above

This is as described in terms of looks and fit. Due to the Velcro, it's easily adjustable just be careful washing it! Please not this is NOT a waist trainer. This works by making you really hot and sweaty around the middle so recommended for when doing exercise. Also note this is bulky, you could not get away with wearing this under 'normal' clothes unless you had something very baggy/several layers. Also, be careful exercising. As I say, it makes you very hot so probably best to not use this in summer in your conservatory (I've had to stop using mine now, even in my cool living room and with doors/windows open it's too hot)

I bought this item after a lower back injury. It seemed to relieve the pressure on my spine which was creating pain down my left buttock into the leg. After wearing it for 24 hours this incredible pain that I had for over a week ceased! My back was weak for another 7 days and the brace offered support. My back has now returned to normal so I would highly recommend this item to others.

The back support is comfortable to wear, but only if you have the correct size. it is very important to measure your waist as an estimation is not good enough. If your waist is at the upper end of a size, it would be better to order a bigger size belt. It certainly gives confidence to moving about. I wore it on a summer's day and it did not feel too hot. I did not get complete pain relief because the pain I had was in my leg caused by pinching of the nerve in my back, rather than in my back itself. Having the back support makes you think before making inappropriate movements which may affect you back even more. I am glad I bought it though.

My husband asked me to purchase this for him, as he wears it for work when he knows there is lots of heavy lifting to be done. This is the second one he has had but this one he said fits perfect exact to size and very comfortable 10/10.Good price speedy delivery, very happy with my purchase certainly recommended to others who wish to help support their backs.

I'm a uk size 12 ( actually a size 11 if such a size existed ) , I bought a size Medium , it's too small .. I could only wear this product for an hour .... My thinking , I need to buy a large .Had it not been for the sizing issue ... I would give this product top marks .. Well made , well constructed , nice colour , light weight .... Shame about the Size
