Depends on what you want 'em for I think......
These light just got here yesterday, shipping was fairly quick via UPS. On first impression, They're light, kinda cheaply made, but should work in a not-too-demanding application. A couple of them I had to dissasemble and reassemble before they started working, but all are working at this point. Maybe not as bright as lights costing much more, but they seem to hold their own just fine. Water resistance? I dunno 'bout that. There are some O-rings and a plug on the charge port, might be enough to protect from a light splash, but I'm skeptical it'd do much really. I do not like that no matter what you do, they always switch on to the next setting, not the one you left it on so you gotta cycle back to the one you want, Maybe not an issue, but something to be aware of. The other thing I found about them is that the battery charging function will overcharge the batteries to destructive or even dangerous levels. Maybe if you run protected cells in them it might prevent them from overcharging, but I don't run protected cells personally, so no charge function.Bottom line for me, I bought them with the idea of using them for camp lights, that could be used as backup weapon lights, and backup battery charging. They're not very good for the first function, and utterly useless for the next two, so there's that. Just to keep them around the house and car and such they'd probably be fine as long as you keep some charged 18650 cells or just run them on AAA batteries. I'm going to keep them for their original purpose for now, but will be looking to upgrade to something more suitable down the road.

Cheap junk
These are not "tactical" flashlights. They are not metal they feel more like plastic, the light is not bright at all, my iPhone flashlight offers more light.Save your$$

Iffy functionality.
2 out of the five were non functional....cheaply built, but sufficient to use outside for Halloween strobe lights. Tossing the two non functional lights. The price was cheap enough to not bother with the hassle of trying to return them.

Not as bright as expected.
These were not nearly as bright as I expected. So although you can't complain about the price, and they do have a nice feel and look to them, they weren't really what I was looking for and I returned them.

Great flashlight
These new flashlights are great. The are so right and easy to hold. I like the strap on the end so I don’t drop it. A nice feature is when you push the button a second you get a pulse if of the lights. Light weight and good size. Try it.

Good value for the price.
These are good, serviceable flashlights with sufficient brightness. I have purchased flashlights the same size that are much brighter, but they cost more.

Not a well designed product
No indicating light tell you when is fully charged, no charging unit, out of the five, one did not work

Great flashlight, well worth the money.
No problems, they all worked. I was happy that the spacers and everything came with them, very good product.
