I really do like the puncher. It does exactly what it says it will do. My old one was about useless. it was gone the first time I used my new one.

I use one of these at work and wanted one for home as well. Perfect space saving combo. It comes compressed and mine appeared to be stuck, but after pressing the levers for about a minute they popped apart and it works well.

I use 3-hole and 2-hole punches a lot (far more than the average Joe). When I saw this product, it was like a dream...and for the most part, it works as advertised. The "locks" are a pit cumbersome to work at the moment, but I'm sure they'll smooth out over time.For those who look at the picture and say to themselves "that would be nice" I strongly recommend the purchase.

If you only need to punch a few pages, this will do it. I'm not sure what exactly is "heavy duty" about it - it punches no more sheets, nor any better, than your standard walmart 3 hole punch. Your only advantage with this piece is that it will do the 2 hole punch as well. If you are looking for "heavy duty" keep looking. And if you print on paper thicker than tissue paper - you're not going to get 20 pages into thse little slots.

It was very difficult to operate the hole puncher. It seemed to be locked in place and I was unable to unlock it. It supposed to be simple enough to operate without instructions but that was not the case so I returned it. I do appreciate the fact that I was able to return it without difficulty.

Like the look and the 2 or 3 hole option. Can't do a lot of papers at once but it works for me.
