After years of using my own hairdryer on our various dogs I decided to buy one of these having seen how much quicker my brother was able to fluff dry his standard poodle. So glad I did. Instead of it taking 30-45 minutes to dry my cocker spaniel, he is now dry in 15-20 minutes. Better still as it is so powerful I am able to get a much better finish after clipping! Yes, it is noisy and all our dogs are a bit wary when it is first switched on, but I always start at the back, or on the legs and then work up to their face/ears. I also make sure I support our little Jack Russell to stop her being blown off the table, but still a good, useful product.

First time I used it speed was up high and it sounded like a jet taking off in kitchen instead the dog took off. Second time I started on low speed (which is still fast ) and gradually turned it up. At medium speed it is not very noisy and dog tolerates it and dries his fleece very quickly and it looks just like it does when he’s been to the groomers. I have an Australian Labradoodle.

Our Newfies need a good blast and this does the job! This is a great product, quiet, with various settings to adapt to your dogs liking. Well worth the money...

This is a powerful hairdryer. I have to remember to have the nozzle in my hand before switching on the power, even on low, or it snakes all over the place. I also find it noisy and have to hold my dogs while I stand a distance away to use it, otherwise my fur babies are terrified. They actually go into attack mode when they see it. I have been letting them dry naturally.

I was a bit apprehensive about this, after having a very large dryer,I did not think this would be up to drying my very hairy Eurasier ,but I am pleasantly surprised, it dries him beautifully ,also very handy for just blowing the coat, to shift leaves etc.A very good dryer can be recommended.

I wouldn't recommend on small dogs as it's quite powerful and would frighten them. But great for my very thick haired miniture poodle. Fluffy him.up lovely.A hairdryer normally would take me 3/4 hr to dry him. Now 20 mins and hes dry as a bone and fluffy.

Very good product does the job well.

So 2 Goldie's to dry there double coats made it so much easier dogs where not to happy but some chicken and treats helped not as noisy as I thought personally but dried so much better than hairdryer. Lots of treats to hand and talking
