Responsive customer service may save bad review
Mine was DOA. At least the side that was supposed to display the temp/PH was DOA. Screen never came to life. The PPM left side worked fine, replacement is on its way so I didn’t have the heart to go with 1 star. Might give 3 or 4 stars jf all works ok.

Bought a new meter but was sent a used one that did not work and was missing parts
