Sharp edges
There is a sharp edged tab that sticks up on the handle near the separator part of this item making handling dangerous. Will never use it.

Much needed replacement
Someone threw out my old plastic one and I sorely missed it. This one is nicely made and works great.

That the egg separater would actually separate the whites from the yolk!?!
I wanted to easily separate the whites from the yolks but product did not completely separate?!

It separates eggs...

Good for yolks.
Has occasionally split the yolk but if you don't mind an occasional slight loss then it's easy to use and simple to clean properly.
